Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, password credentials, workspace names, instruction blocks, export targets, prompts, rules, invitations, and account settings.
When you connect LLMConfig to ChatGPT or Codex, we process OAuth authorization data and access tokens needed to let those services call LLMConfig tools on your behalf.
We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser details, request timestamps, authentication events, error logs, and security events.
How we use information
We use information to provide the LLMConfig service, authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, render configuration outputs, validate instruction libraries, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and communicate service-related information.
When you use the ChatGPT or Codex integration, LLMConfig returns only the workspace data and rendered outputs that your account is authorized to access.
Sharing and recipients
We share data only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect the service, or complete actions you request. Authorized ChatGPT or Codex requests may receive workspace metadata, validation results, target metadata, and rendered configuration output.
Service providers may process limited data for hosting, security, email delivery, logging, analytics, and operational support.
Retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Security logs, audit records, and backups may be retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, legal, and continuity purposes.
Your controls
You can update workspace content, manage membership, revoke MCP access tokens, disconnect ChatGPT or Codex access, and request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting support.
